# 2. How to stake or redeem?

Step 1: Access the RollDex Pools Dashboard page and connect your wallet by clicking the designated button.

Step 2: Select the option **\[Stake/Redeem]**, enter the desired amount for staking or redeeming, and proceed by clicking **\[Confirm]**. Upon staking, you will commence earning staking rewards in the form of points. Monitor your accumulated rewards on the LP Dashboard.<br>
